1. General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the customer and the seller, Sergei Nedobezkin, when purchasing goods from the myapp.ee online store.By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Placing an order

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and completes the information required to place an order.An order is deemed accepted after payment has been received or according to the terms of the selected payment method. The seller sends an order confirmation to the customer’s e-mail address.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR).Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the online store. Any service fees are displayed during checkout.The seller is not VAT registered and VAT is not added to the prices.

4. Delivery

Available delivery methods and delivery costs are displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed.Products are usually made within 2–4 working days, followed by the delivery time of the transport company.Delivery may take longer due to a higher volume of orders or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Estonian and European Union consumer-protection laws.Returned goods must be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.A return request must be sent by e-mail to info@myapp.ee.The customer bears the costs of return unless otherwise required by law.The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised products.

6. Complaints

If a purchased product has a defect, please contact info@myapp.ee and describe the issue as precisely as possible.The seller will respond within a reasonable time and aim to find a suitable solution for the customer.

7. Processing of personal data

The seller processes the customer’s personal data only to fulfil the order, communicate with the customer and comply with legal obligations.Further information on personal-data processing is provided in the website privacy policy.

8. Settlement of disputes

Possible disputes are first sought to be resolved through negotiations.If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or another competent authority in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.For questions, please contact:E-mail: info@myapp.ee
